We draft and, where applicable, negotiate contracts of assignment and licence for use as required by our clients for the exploitation, transfer and authorisation of their industrial property rights, together with clauses on the respect of industrial property rights for inclusion in trading contracts, especially concerning agency, distribution and franchise. We prepare sponsorship, advertising creation, and dissemination contracts.
