We defend our clients before any jurisdictional instance in reference to matters of a civil and trading nature, as well as criminal when dealing with the questions referred to in that section.

Attendance to our clients in litigation starts from the extra-judicial preventive or dissuading actions and continues to the filing of the appropriate claim, its follow-up and, where applicable, defence in the second and subsequent instances.

We assist our clients in the management of litigation with foreign elements, taking place in Spanish courts and tribunals, and we undertake the follow-up and control of litigation, at the instance of our clients, taking place in other countries, through our network of collaborating offices.
