Silvia Caparrós began her professional career in 1990 in Barcelona. Her work, from the start, has been centred on mercantile law; mainly concerned with company law and mercantile contracting, especially international (agency, distribution and franchise, among others) and company acquisitions.
In the field of mergers and acquisitions, her experience includes numerous national and international operations, among which are several MBO and capital risk transactions.
Since 1996, Silvia Caparrós has combined her activity in mercantile law with the development of a profound interest in intellectual property and new technology, a field in which she has great experience and in which she has centred the major part of her teaching activity.
