Isidro Huelva began his professional career in 1989 in Jerez de la Frontera, where he stayed until in 1992 he moved to Barcelona to join a law firm in the city. In 2004 he joined with other lawyers from the same firm to form Aequitas Abogados Asociados
Isidro Huelva has centred his professional activity basically in Company Law, from a dual perspective: bankruptcy law and company law. As an expert in bankruptcy law he has concentrated his work on proceedings of suspensions of payments and bankruptcies from the aspect of the suspended and/or bankrupt party. In the area of company law, his practice has mainly centred on mergers and splits and transactions of purchase and sale of companies, with a special emphasis on MBO procedures.
His work is now centred in the fields of Mercantile Law, Bankruptcy Law and proceedings for third party and/or criminal liabilities of the company.
