Our advice comprises the preparation and processing of the debtor's application for Voluntary Bankruptcy. We prepare the proposed agreement and deal with its processing, with a follow-up until it is fulfilled, and also the proposal and processing of liquidation, and its follow-up until the total liquidation of the company.
We also deal with applications for Enforced Bankruptcy by the creditors or interested third parties, with a follow-up until the proposal, approval and fulfilment of the agreement, or as applicable until the liquidation of the entity.
