We act in cases of referred Third Party Liability in the case of the Debtor. We appear in court in the resulting separate part in the bankruptcy proceedings, in the name of our creditor clients, with a view to defining the degree of culpability of the debtor.
We assist our clients and act in their names in following up bankruptcy proceedings of third parties, including proposing agreements, attending the Creditors' Meeting in defence of the creditors; posing incidental questions, both in the preparation and in the follow-up and, particularly, with respect to liabilities arising from the classification of the Bankruptcy.
We advise our clients in Liquidation proceedings and we intervene in all those questions where it is necessary to watch over their interests and rights, as Creditor in liquidations of third parties or as Debtor in their own liquidations.
